The landscaper has finally started working on the back yard! The first step is a baby step - the silt fence has been installed and the utilities are marked. The heavy equipment should arrive in a few days.
Here is what the yard looks like now - you can see that there was no planning - bushes seem to be planted wherever they could fit and the terracing divides the yard.
