If you have a vacuum that you think does a terrific job, please let us know. I don't mind paying more for a vacuum, if it does a great job on dog hair and sand.
We once had a Panasonic that was very powerful. I am considering that manufacturer again. However, the vacuum was heavy and I would like something that I can easily carry up and down stairs.
